Montclair Culinary Academy - KId's & Teens - Cake Baking I ages 7-17
Join us for Cake Baking Level I. Jr. Chef's will be instructed on the art of cake baking and decorating. We create our cakes from scratch and just like the Great American Baking Show the Jr. Chefs will design their sweet creations and then be guided by our Chef/Instructors on how to execute their vision! * Decorating with fondant will be demonstrated
A love of baking, and imagination is all that is required to attend this level I class. Cakes are taken home directly after class.
*Please note this class will sell out quickly. Hair ties for long hair is a must, sneakers as well. NO CELL PHONES WILL BE PERMITTED IN OUR KITCHEN.
All cake baking supplies and equipment are provided. If your Jr. Chef has their own pastry tips please send them in a bag with your child's name clearly marked.
