Montclair Culinary Academy - Adult Cooking Sip & Cook- French Cooking with Friends
Winter is a perfect season for French Cooking with friends. New or old friends, it's a wonderful evening of cooking and sipping wine. Join us as we explore the exquisite tastes of France
Our Chef/Instructors will provide a Knife Skills lesson, as we do for each of our classes. We will guide you through prep, cooking and seasoning for each course. Feel free to ask questions as we cook. It's a great way to get familiar with classical french cooking. No experience is ever required at MCA!

Potato Gratin
Seared Day Boat Scallops
Pear in brandy
