Montclair Culinary Academy - Adult Cooking - Knife Skills/ Evening in Barcelona
Join us for a special evening designed for those who love the food of Spain. IN this class we explore the cuisine of Barcelona, the cosmopolitan capital of Spain's Catalonia region. The cuisine of the region is unique and made with simple, fresh ingredients thatcan be replicated again at home.
We begin our culinary experience with a *Chorizo & cured ham croquette
* Seared Scallops with Prosecco & Blood Orange Sauce
* Stuffed Pork Tenderloin with Pears and Sausage served with a Chimmichuri
* Chocolate Flan with Creme and berries
**BYOB- May we suggest a hearty Roja or Merlot
Our Chef/Instructors will guide you through each dish. You will then dine at our communal table and enjoy an evening of delicious foods from our culinary adventure to Barcelona!
Comfortable shoes are recommended.
