Keep it hot through the hot flashes--call 'em power surges and go to bed naked! Good Vibrations staff sexologist Dr. Carol Queen will discuss "the Change" and how to ride the ups and downs of those hormone shifts. This class considers common perimenopausal experiences and effects as well as those that extend past menopause. (All are welcome, whether you're experiencing menopause or just want to learn more about it.)
