The Urban Outfitters Musical tells the story of 5 miserable Urban Outfitters employees under the impression that James Franco is on his way into the store to pick up a vintage camera. This prospect makes their job in customer service slightly less shitty--until we find out "James Franco" is a regular man from Westchester.
