Cheese Eugene - Day Trip Dairies 12/14/17
Join Restaurant Eugene on Thursday, December 14th at 6:30pm for a tasting of regional artisan cheeses with Tim "The Cheese Man" Gaddis. Tim is an active member of the American Cheese Society Certification Committee, a Certified Cheese Professional®, and was inducted to The Guilde Internationale des Fromagers in 2014.
Each of the selected cheeses and their makers can be found less than afour hour drive from Atlanta.
Guests will enjoy a tasting of the following cheeses paired with a wine selected by one of our sommeliers:
