Montclair Culinary Academy - Buzz AldrIn/Intro to Baking Skills/Savory Pies & Sweet Shop I
Student Chefs will bake from scratch, practice fractions, measurements as related to baking, while delving into food science. Our Chef/Instructors will guide our Jr. Chefs as they prepare both savory and sweet pies and baked treats, they will be taught the various doughs and when which are utilized.
Time, temperature and creating unique flavor profiles are deliciously fun and expands the palette of all who come to MCA!
Fresh fruits, fresh herbs and fresh ingredients are always on hand at Montclair Culinary Academy.
