Montclair Culinary Academy -Mini Winter Camp /MLK -Intro to knife skills & Creative Cooking II (7+)
Join us for Knife Skills & Creative Cooking II / Chef Instructors will guide students through a refresher of safety and knife skills then we will prepare a lunch of Empanadas from scratch, Guacamole, fresh baked chips and handmade salsa. we will utilize the skills acquired and put into practice for this MONDAY JAN 15TH SCHOOL HOLIDAY. Ages 7-17
CLASS BEGINS PROMPTLY AT 11AM -2PM. Sneakers are required, No cell phones are permitted in the kitchen.
This is a drop off /pick up class only. You can park at 546 Valley Rd (Next building) for a few mina. to drop off. Thank you.
