Healthy Cooking Class: Summer Vegan Picnic!
Impress your summer block party with this amazingly delicious, fulfilling and fun menu! Did we mention it's wholesome, balanced, healthy and...vegan? With flavors so big, be ready to well surprise even the pickiest meat lovers!
In this class we will make:
- Sweet & Spicy Corn Salad
- Tempeh Avocado Vegan Reuben
- Chickpeas chocolate chip cookies
All recipes will include a gluten-free variation when requested in advance. All ingredients and materials are included in the class fees. Attendees will receive generous samples and printed recipes to take home. Class size limited to 20 people.
