DIY Herbal Travel Kit

Stay healthy on the road this holiday season! After this hands on, DIY class, you will go home with four bottles of tincture and a salve for use when traveling along with the knowledge of how to make them and what to use them for. Its up to you whether to gift it or keep it for yourself!

We will be learning basic tincture making and salve making and covering the uses for major herbs to keep you healthy when traveling. You will be given a handout with more recipes and ideas for things to make and use.

The kit includes:
1 oz Oregon grape
1 oz Cold and Flu compound
1 oz Hops/ Passionflower Compound
1 oz Willow/ meadowsweet compound
Healing salve for cuts

NOTE: Many of the herbs that we are using in class are not safe for pregnancy, and may interact with medication. It is your job to research potential contraindications and interactions of what you put in your body. Take care of your home!
