Montclair Culinary Academy - Ladies Night Sip & Cook- French Cooking with wines of Burgundy
As the weather outside chills down. Things are heating up at Montclair Culinary, our Chefs will fire up the evening for our 'Sip & Cook' Menu!
We will teach you how delicious a Thursday night can be! On the menu:
Sweet and tender Mussels Moulinier in our herb butter sauce and Sauvignon Blanc finish.
Your choice of entree' :
*Salmon en Papillote or
*Chicken Marbella with olives and figs cooked in a fruity oak cast Chardonnay
Creamy mushroom Risotto
Haricovert with caramelized shallots.
For dessert:
Poached Pear in a Brandy Glaze with Marscapone Cream
This class will be hands-on instruction with Chefs. Each class begins with Knife Skills.
