Pie Camp® A Delicious Pie and Pastry Weekend Retreat

Join me for 3-Days of Pie Making and Fun!

FRIDAY
To start things off, well gather on Friday evening to meet other pie makers from across the country and enjoy a freshly baked pie made by Kate, and learn about blind baking.

SATURDAY
Arrive after breakfast (on your own) on Saturday for a day that includes visiting a farmers market, foraging for fresh fruit, learning to make and refine our dough making techniques, creating a savory chicken pot pie, and some tasty pastry treats. Lunch and dinner are included on Saturday.

SUNDAY
Arrive after breakfast (on your own) on Sunday morning and we'll make and bake fresh fruit pies to take home, plus hand pies, and crostatas, too.

Included is a pie pan and a signed copy of ART OF THE PIE: A PRACTICAL GUIDE TO HOMEMADE CRUSTS, FILLINGS, AND LIFE.
