Flow Yoga Fundraiser: A Yoga Fundraiser to Benefit WHY Outreach
The gifts of our practice are many: love, peace, movement, clarity, and community. With immense gratitude for these gifts, it is time to give back. Join us on the mat as Loren Hardy seamlessly guides you through her signature Flow practice. Prepare to be inspired as you move and breathe through asana, dig deep into your connection to self, and raise your vibration for the good of all beings everywhere. Together, lets be the change this world needs. It all begins with a single breath.
All proceeds from this all-levels class will benefit WHY Outreach, a nonprofit that brings yoga and healing to people suffering from trauma, addiction, and illness.
$20 suggested donation. Light refreshments following.
