Start your morning off right and pick up some skills your body will thank you for.
In this flexibility workshop you will learn basic stretching moves that are good for the every day person and excellent for the performer.
You will learn proper muscle stretching techniques that will help you achieve some fundamental burlesque moves such as back bends, side bends and splits. These stretching skills can be added to any dance routine or your average daily routine.
Open to all skill levels.
