Saison Prestige Bottle Release

Beer Details: Barrel fermented mixed fermentation Saison in French Oak Chardonnay barrels. This barrel aged Saison saw two types of Saison yeast, multiple Brettanomyces strains and Lactobacillus. Saison Prestige matured in Chardonnay barrels for over a year, and bottled in June 2017.

Classic Barrel Aged Saison character with great expression of stone fruit and white wine barrel, medium tartness, light funk and abundant mineral notes.

6.5% ABV, 750ml bottles with admission
4 bottle limit
$20 per bottle, plus tax & BPT fee

There are also a limited amount of .3L Rastal tulip Saison Prestige glassware available for purchase, $7.

No proxies or trustees will be allowed

Pickup Details: Starting Saturday December 16th, at 11am

You must present your photo ID that matches up to the purchase
of the bottles. Bottle-pour tasters will be available for
purchase.
