A training program and peer support group model developed by CIHS (Center for Integrated Health Solutions) to encourage increased resiliency, wellness, and self-management of health and behavioral health. WHAM includes weekly support group meetings in which participants collaborate in order to work toward, achieve, and maintain whole health goals.
