Pacific Mambo Orchestra featuring Herman Olivera
Named one of the best Latin Big Bands in the world by Salsa Trips Magazine, Pacific Mambo Orchestra is the 2013 Grammy Award Winner for Best Latin Tropical Album, beating out industry superstars Marc Anthony and Carlos Vives. Pacific Mambo Orchestra honors the sound of the great Latin big bands of the 1940s, infusing mambo, salsa, chia-cha-cha and Latin jazz with intoxicating energy. The ensemble consists of a superb lineup of musicians who have performed and recorded with luminaries such as Carlos Santana, Poncho Sanchez, Pete Escovedo, Arturo Sandoval and others. Joining them on lead vocals is Grammy-winning singer Herman Olivera.
