Capt'n Jack Stone Crab Dinner w/ S&V Kitchen
Heres how it works. Our Brewmaster Casey drives to Key West and loads up a couple hundred pounds of fresh caught stone crab from the legend himself, Captain Jack.
Meanwhile back at the brewery, the crew times the brew day just right for Caseys arrival. Minutes later the crab is added to the stout boil. The claws are removed from the boil, chilled and sent up to our loft for the dinner.
Tickets are $60 (+ tax) and includes 2 pounds of claws per person, jalapeno broccoli slaw, Garlic Rosemary Baby Reds, & sauces from S&V Kitchen. Your first beer is on the house. Plus were tapping something special.
