Making Peace: The World As One Body -- Talk
The Friday evening talk will include discussion of The Three Tenets of the Zen Peacemakers: Not Knowing, Bearing Witness and Loving Actions.
Zen Master Bernie Glassman is a world-renowned pioneer in the American Zen Movement. He is a spiritual leader, published author, accomplished academic and successful businessman with a PhD in Applied Mathematics. He is the founder of the Zen Peacemakers.
The Village Zendo is a Zen community in the heart of downtown New York City. Serving as a sanctuary in busy Manhattan, we offer meditation, services, retreats, workshops and study groups. Participation is open to all.
