Powerful Women Dominate the Brookfield Stage in 2018!
We start with a dramatic comedy about the most powerful woman of medieval Europe and her family at Christmas 1183 in the court of King Henry II:
March 9-25 - "The Lion In Winter" by JAMES GOLDMAN directed by Jane Farnol

Next is the comedic drama about a corporate raider and the young woman lawyer who stands in the way of his plans:
April 27-May 12 - "Other People's Money" by JERRY STERNER directed by Don Bovingloh

Our summer musical is the tale of the most notorious criminal of Victorian England and the murderous man she uses for her devilish plans:
July 6-28 - "Sweeney Todd" The Demon Barber of Fleet Street - A Musical Thriller, Music and Lyrics by STEPHEN SONDHEIM, Book by HUGH WHEELER directed by Craig David Rosen

It's the roaring 20's next and beautiful Queenie is the center of "A Wild, Wild Party" in:
Sept. 14-29 - "The Wild Party" Book, Music, and Lyrics by ANDREW LIPPA, Based on the Poem by Joseph Moncure March directed by Todd Santa Maria

We finish the season with a love note to the classic farces of the 30's and 40's - two divas, one hotel suite - what could go wrong?
Nov. 2-17 - "Suite Surrender" by MICHAEL McKEEVER directed by Marilyn Olsen
