Join us for a 7 course tasting menu inspired by Japanese Omakase with cheese as center of the plate.
All of the courses interpret Chef Rachel Freier's favorite Asian dishes using the complex nuances of cheese as the star protein: 1) Silken Curd 2) Spruce Eggs 3) Yakitori 4) Goat Sushi 5) Milk Bun 6) Cheese Ramen 7) Yuzu Whey Ice.
