Montclair Culinary Academy - Adult Cooking - Knife Skills for Carving the Perfect Bird
Thanksgiving is almost here, and with it the challenge of preparing your families Thanksgiving dinner. The Chefs at MCA will instruct you on preparing and carving the perfect bird! We will prepare seasoned stuffings and mouth watering side dishes that will have your family and friends asking for thirds! A perfect class for beginners, and home cooks interested in sharpening their skill set.
We will enjoy our culinary creations at our beautiful communal table. On the menu:
Baked Brie en croute with fig
Leek Fritters
Roasted Turkey & Duck
Seasoned Stuffing
Roasted Brussel sprouts with pancetta
Perfect Mashed Potatoes & pan Gravy
Roasted Butternut Squash with Fresh Sage
All Adult classes are BYOB.
This class will be 5:30pm-8:30pm .
