Mike creates 4 courses to be paired with 4 different Goose Island beers. The evening starts with your "welcome" beer at the bar, and ends with a "bonus" beer. Between your welcome and bonus, you get 4 other beers, each with one of the 4 courses...yah! Do you think the meal will be Mardi Gras inspired?
