Wellness Recovery Action Plan training assists individuals in feeling prepared for and monitoring uncomfortable and distressing feelings and behaviors. It includes plans for responses from others when you cannot make decisions, take care of yourself or keep yourself safe. This program can be used by anyone who wants to create positive change in the way they feel, or increase their enjoyment of life.
This is a 3 day training - FREE
