Montclair Culinary Academy - Mini Camp - Knife Skills/Chopped Jr. Baskets ages 7-17 (11/10/17)
Join us for this fast paced and fun MCA version of Chopped Jr. Baskets! This is a one day Mini Camp Nov.10th 10am-2pm
Jr. Chefs will be apart of team and the competition is on! Teams will be given a mystery basket of ingredients and they will create a fabulous dish, enjoy lunch with the Chef/Instructors and learn how to cook and prepare using our pantry and their imagination!
Please note* Space is limited so don't miss out! This Mini Camp will sell out quickly!
Hair ties a must, sneakers a must and NO CELL PHONES will be permitted in the kitchen.
