Your Aura Your Space: Setting Boundaries Meditation (On-line Webinar)
You are invited to join Clairvoyant Debra Taitel from the comfort of your home to learn how to set healthy boundaries by cleaning out and owning your energetic space also known as your Aura.
The holiday season is almost here but let's be honest, with all the holiday parties, social commitments, get togethers with family, friends and colleagues it's challenging to own our space and not feel drained. This workshop is designed to offer you a variety of techniques to help you own your space and feel energized and in control in any situation.
In addition to setting boundaries you'll also be learning specific energy techniques to help you own your space with those who tend to "push your buttons."

* Grounding and centering
* Learning about the 7 layers of the Aura and the role of they play
* Setting healthy energetic boundaries
* Using techniques to master the art of Non-Resistance
* Connecting with forgiveness and gratitude to return to a state of grace
* Visualize taking charge of your experience now vs responding to the energy later
The energy techniques you learn and practice in this workshop may cause you to experience the holidays in a totally different way. Imagine not having to push someone out of your space. The workshop is accessible on-line or by phone. All registrants will receive a recording of the workshop afterwards.
Please note: Meditations are done while sitting in a chair. Workshops are designed for the beginner as well as those who already have a meditation practice. All levels are welcome.
