Chocolate and Beer Pairing with Lost Abbey and So Rich Chocolates
Please join us on November 10th for an exciting night of enjoying Phenomenal Lost Abbey beers paired with delectable chocolates. The fun will begin at 7:00pm. You will be given a flight of Lost Abbey beers (including some sought after beers) along with a flight of chocolates.
Food pairing is an art. And Johna Nilson - known to many as "The Chocolate Lady" - is a true artist. Her hand-dipped fine chocolates that are made to pair with wine and beer have been elevating palates throughout Southern California for over 20 years.
The Lost Abbey Brewing Company is a brewery in San Marcos, run by Director of Brewery Operations Tomme Arthur. The Lost Abbey specializes in producing Belgian-inspired beers, barrel-aged beers, and sours. The Lost Abbey is co-located with Port Brewing Company in a facility that previously housed Stone Brewing Co.
