Montclair Culinary Academy - Mini Camp- Knife Skills & All Day Bake Shop class ages 7-17 (11/9/17)
Back by popular demand! Summer Camp was a blast! MCA is offering a 1 day version for
NOVEMBER 9TH * MINI CULINARY CAMP * ALL DAY BAKE SHOP & KNIFE SKILLS
This is a one day camp only from 10am-2pm . Our Chef instructors will focus on recipes for baking both sweet and savory desserts and appetizers. *** Lunch is included in this workshop
*NOT FOR GLUTEN FREE **
We will make mini fruit pies, baked stuffed pretzels and a variety of mini cakes and cookies.
All Jr. Chefs will be provided bakery boxes to take home their culinary creations.
* THiS ONE DAY CAMP WILL FILL UP QUICKLY- SO DON'T DELAY!
