Join us at Hopleaf for a special blending session with our very own Lauren Limbach (formerly Salazar). She will share the history of our sour program and then she will walk us through the blending she takes to create of one of the oldest sour beers created in the US, the legendary La Folie.
Ticket Fee Includes
- Blending session with Lauren Limbach
- 5 samples of La Folie, Le Terroir, Sour Saison, Oscar 65 and limited released Le Kriek Noir
- A ton of fun!
In honor the importance of water in the brewing process as well as our focus on water treatment and sustainability measures at New Belgium, all proceeds from ticket sales will go towards our friends at the Alliance for the Great Lakes.
A great way to cap off the fun weekend of 15th Annual Festival of Wood & Barrel-Aged Beers (2017).
