Azacca IPA paired with
ROASTED ROOT VEGETABLE STEW
Roasted sweet potato, carrot, parsnip, and rutabaga in a rich chili broth topped with cilantro crème fraiche and paired with toasted garlic rubbed baguette
3rd Course
DKML paired with
PHANCY FRIED CHICKEN
Boneless chicken dry rubbed and marinated, twice fried, served over smoked polenta cakes and topped with maple dijon aioli and fried sage
4th Course
2017 Backwoods Bastard paired with
SMOKED PORK BELLY
Pork belly simply rubbed and maple smoked, served with herbed IPA mashed potatoes and sweet pea puree

2017 Canadian Breakfast Stout paired with
