Over the hundreds of years of Austria's existence, a unique tradition of Austrian Cuisine has emerged. Its traditional and well-known recipes attract millions of tourists each year. Austria's rich Cuisine is a result of its history as a multi-national empire, where all kinds of different cultures contributed their very own nuances. - A Taste of Austria

Chef Joel and his team will prepare a classic Austrian four-course dinner, served family-style.

Paprika-infused Hungarian cheese spread

Terrine Vom Tafelspitz
beef and root vegetables boiled in a light vegetable broth,
served with cucumber salad

Austrian sausage board
a variety of Austrian sausages with whole grain mustard

Classic Wiener Schnitzel
veal cutlet, breaded and pan fried, served with warm potato salad

Homemade Knödel
savory bread dumplings with wild mushroom ragout

Salzburger Nockerl
A sweet soufflé of eggs, an icon of Austrian cuisine
served with raspberry sauce

Our friends from Crush Distributors and our own Sam Cote will pour several superb Austrian reds and whites, and will be on hand to answer questions. More details to come.
