Fall Feast at Feast, a Fundraiser
Chef Hudson Slater of the Secret Sauce Society has graciously agreed to help Creative Colloquy wine and dine you for our fall fundraising pairing dinner.
Fall Feast at Feast will include a six course small plate dining experience paired with tasty, seasonal libations in Feast Arts Centers space.

We might even have a little Feast for your eyes and ears with some storytelling surprises in store.
Tickets are $80 each and include dinner and gratuity with proceeds benefitting Creative Colloquy.

Opening cocktail will be paired with the first two courses***Sage Advice-gin, lemon, simple, sage, absinthe rinse, star anise garnish.
Course One: Smoked Salmon Deviled Egg
braised mustard greens, salmon crisp, chili oil
Course Two: Butternut Squash Salad
arugula, watercress, tarragon, walnut vinaigrette
Course Three: Pickled Prawns
brussels sprouts, hazelnut gremolata, sauce noisette (brown butter hollandaise) paired with Listen to the Mustnts-brown buttered bourbon old fashioned with a Frangelico float.
Course Four: Chèvre Agnolotti
roasted beets, spruce tip gastrique paired with Through the Woods-orange infused bourbon, sweet vermouth, douglas fir liqueur, honey and aromatic bitters.
Course Five: Duck Confit and fig risotto, fennel, pomegranate, smoked almonds paired with Three Men and a Goddess-rye whiskey, orange juice, vanilla brown sugar, red wine float.
Course Six: Chocolate & Carrot Dessert paired with the Wascally Wabbit-bourbon, chartreuse, carrot and citrus juices, simple.
