Storytelling for Grown-Ups: Where To Begin
Do we start at the very beginning and tell the audience absolutely everything we can remember about absolutely anything that ever happened? Probably not. In this workshop we'll focus on writing the small episodes of life that reveal the depth of who we are, why our story is unique and how it connects us to an audience and changes their lives forever. We'll concentrate specifically on telling 7-15 minute personal stories. Five Monday evenings Nov 6 until Dec 4.
About the instructor: David Boyle is a musician, actor & storyteller. Primarily a solo artist he has performed his one-man shows at the Elgin, Minnesota and St Louis Fringe Festivals.
