Please join The Interfaith Alliance Hawaii for our 16th Annual Awards Dinner at the Honpa Hongwanji Hawaii Betsuin social hall (1727 Pali Highway in Honolulu, enter parking from Lusitana St.)

This year's theme is WHO CARES? DO WE? How can we use our shared spiritual values and wisdom to bridge the divisions among us to care for humanity and our planet?

The event is Sunday, November 18, 2018 at 5:30 p.m.

The program and awards presentation begins at 7 p.m. Awards are presented in the following categories:
Sparks of Hope
Healing Role in Hawaii
Encouraging Non-Violent Civic Participation
Facilitating Community Activism
Challenging Religious or Political Extremism
Flame of Hope

Tickets are $25 ($5 tax-deductible to the extent of the law).

Our world has been roiled by hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, forest fires, volcanic eruptions, extreme heat, and rising sea levels, among other environmental concerns, exacerbating a myriad of human dilemmas of poverty, starvation, exploitation and war. Deepening division among us begs the question Who Cares? And yet, if we do CARE, WHO to believe and what can we DO?
