Kick off azcentral Food & Wine Experience with an exclusive Bourbon Dinner at Southern Rail. Dine under the stars on our patio for a memorable sampling of select Bourbons and cocktails crafted by our team of mixologists. Chef Justin Beckett will be on hand to direct the 4-course dinner experience.

4-course dinner with Bourbon pairings, $85.00 per person
(inclusive of tax and gratuity)

made with Domain de Canton (French ginger liqueur)

FIRST Course:
Jambalaya tomato stuffed clams, andouille sausage, shrimp, smoked trout, holy trinity, cornbread crumbs

Beverage pairing:
Rittenhouse Rye 'Southern Sazerac'

SECOND Course:
Tender duck leg confit, dirty rice risotto, collard greens, dr pepper-pomegranate glaze

Beverage pairing:
Elijah Craig Small Batch 'Pomegranate Old Fashion'
made with Pama (Kentucky pomegranate liqueur)

THIRD Course
coffee rubbed, bacon wrapped & smoked ribeye of beef, charred onions, fall yam, garlic chard

Henry Mckenna 10 Year Bonded 'On a Rock'

FOURTH Course:
Pear pecan bourbon cobbler, brown butter ice cream, butterscotch
