After a one year hiatus, the classic holiday tale returns in 2017!
Reinvented and re-imagined with new staging in a new venue, A Christmas Carol will be performed at the Playhouse in San Anselmo December 14th -17th.
A Christmas Carol The Musical is a spectacular adaptation of Charles Dickens' most beloved story: the tale of curmudgeon Ebenezer Scrooge. This classic story gets the full Broadway treatment in this delightful musical, with an Menken/Ahrens score filled with beautiful melodies and emotional lyrics.
The creative team includes our resident director Bruce Vieira, music director Judy Weisen, and choreographer Zoe Swenson-Graham. A multi-generational cast brimming with local talent brings this heart-warming holiday tale to life, and continues a family-friendly tradition of sharing theatre and the arts with our community.
