Unti Reds & their Soul Curds: Night Cheese Volume 8
Red wine & cheese: this longstanding romance has been challenged in recent years by the pairing capabilities of beer, white wine & bubbly yet red wine still holds a special place in our hearts. Always comforting, yet sometimes feisty, we can't turn our back on this likely (or is it unlikely) pair. We sense a pairing challenge & we accept.
We are pumped to begin the 2013 Night Cheese series with one of our favorite friends in fermentation, Unti Vineyards. Please join Mission Cheese & the lovely folks of Unti, for a gently guided pairing of cozy reds & their soul curds.
