About the Show...
John Kander and Fred Ebb, the team behind CABARET, CHICAGO, KISS OF THE SPIDER WOMAN and many more Broadway musicals brought CURTAINS to Broadway in 2006.
The show is set in the brassy, bright, and promising year of 1959. Boston's Colonial Theatre is host to the opening night performance of a new musical. When the leading lady mysteriously dies on stage the entire cast and crew are suspects. Enter a local detective, who just happens to be a musical theatre fan!
Nominated for 8 TONY AWARDS including Best Musical and Best Original Score
with a win for David Hyde Pierce as Best Actor in a Musical!
