Join Kosher Like Me food blogger Liz Rueven for an interactive and sizzling cooking class focusing on Chanukah latkes (potato pancakes). Students will prepare a classic recipe in addition to seasonal variations based on late Autumn ingredients. Well top our creations with fruit sauces and some unexpected surprises that your Nana never dreamt of. At the end of the class, you will get to enjoy your latkes as you sit down with new friends and a glass of wine (BYO) to toast the season!
