Soup's On!
Soups On Soup-Making Class with Meal! Thurs., Nov. 9, 7-9 p.m. $65 per person.
As the temperature drops, nothing is more comforting than a bowl of hot, homemade soup. Join Chef Jonathan Mathaias of A Dash of Salt Catering, for a two-hour soup-making class, such as Vegan Butternut Squash with Kale and Chick Peas, Roasted Parsnip with Creme Fraiche and Crispy Shallots, and Hearty Hungarian. Guests will enjoy a generous tasting of each soup, along with Wave Hill Breads Bakery bread. Limited to 16. BYO wine or adult beverage.
