Holiday Hors 'doeuvres Class Thurs. Nov. 2, 7-9 p.m., $75 per person. Price includes processing fees.
A great holiday party starts with unique and interesting small bites. Join Chef Kathy Oberman for a fun class that provides a line-up of delicious, go-to hors d'oeuvres, such as Pear & Gorgonzola Bruschetta, Mini Beef Wellington, and Chorizo & Goat Cheese-Stuffed Baby Peppersall proven crowd-pleasers. We will sample all of our creations and, if you like, sip a little bubby or wine along the way! (BYO alcohol) Limited to 16 students.
