Tuesdays in the Newsroom: How I Took that Shot
The Vineyard Gazette's popular Tuesdays in the Newsroom series returns for the season with a special event at Featherstone Center for the Arts. In conjunction with the Vineyard Gazette Photography: Eyes of the Island exhibit, many of the photographers featured in the show will be on hand to share stories behind some of their iconic news photographs and answer your questions.
The event will be held in the Francine Kelly Gallery at Featherstone, where the exhibit is open daily from 12 - 4 p.m. through Oct. 22.
Doors open at 5:15 for a short reception before the discussion.
The event is free, contributions are welcome.
Advance registration is required.
