Loud, Large, and Funny
Loud, Large and Funny is a solo show about finding my way out of the depths of despair after being sucker-punched, in my late 50s, with a surprise layoff from a corporate job. Where did those 30 years of stuffing myself into a corporate mold land me?
Ivy Eisenberg is an award-winning humor writer and storyteller. She's been telling stories live in various venues in New York City, the greater NY area, and Washington, DC since 2010. She emcees and co-produces the popular monthly storytelling and pie-bake-off series Pros(e) of Pie," which is held at various performance spaces north of NYC. Ivy also teaches storytelling workshops. This summer, Ivy previewed Loud, Large and Funny" in a small community theater in Westchester. She is thrilled to perform at The Tank's beautiful new theater location.
