Please join us for the next installment of the "in Bocca" dinner series by Niche Food Group.
Each dinner will focus on a specific region of Italy, serving traditional fare inspired by the legendary "in Bocca" books.
On Thursday, September 28th we will feature Emilia Romagna as the fourth in the series. We will also be hosting a special guest, Andrea Bezzecchi of Acetaia San Giacomo, to showcase some of his incredible balsamic vinegars.
Dinners will be held at Sardella in Clayton. Tickets are limited, and all food will be served family style, so the evening promises to be an intimate exploration of this incredible region.
Tickets are $66 each, which is inclusive of gratuity. In addition to the tasting menu, optional beverage pairings are available for an additional $42, also inclusive of gratuity.
