Dogfish Head presents: Beer Yoga at Bier Station.
A one hour(ish) class taught by OneLife Fitness KC instructor Jessie Davis centered around beer sipping infused-poses designed to merge two incredible worlds for one extremely calming and unique experience. The beer served for class will be Dogfish Head Namaste, a Belgian White brewed with oranges, lemongrass, peppercorn and coriander.
