A prototype dance installation, developed during a month-long residency at the Rambert studios. Visitors are invited to play a vintage pinball machine, in turn creating their own dance video with movement created and performed by Rambert dancers, remixed in real time and displayed on projection screens throughout the space while generating a dynamic, sample-driven soundtrack to accompany it.
For Amusement Purposes Only is supported by Arts Council England and Dance Umbrella, and will be presented at their 2018 festival.
