Next Stage Cooks: Pie Making
The class will be making 5 varieties of pies with different crusts and
toppings. You will leave this class with all your questions answered
about making pies, and will have the confidence to make a host of
pies for the holiday season. Students will bake and dine together,
and share in the leftovers to take home (if any)!
