Montclair Culinary Academy - Knife Skills & Fresh Ravioli/Pasta class ages 7-17
Your kids will love what's cooking at MCA!
Join us for this fun and creative culinary adventure as we make fresh pasta dough, and explore fall flavors with innovative raviolsi ! Stuff your pasta with butternut squash, Ricotta Salata or other vegetarian offerings.
Our chef instructors provide hands on instruction and support for all Jr. chefs. Our classes are 90 minutes and take out containers will be provided for your kids to share with family and friends.
Please note* Sneakers are required in our kitchen, and cellphones are never allowed.
This class is non-refundable. If your child is unable to attend feel free to send another child in their place.
Long hair must be tied back.
