All You Need is Love: A Yoga Fundraiser to Benefit WHY Outreach
All you need is love - and a little yoga and a little singing and a lot of Beatles tunes.
Featuring Heidi Sormaz of Fresh Yoga and and Sal Annunziato of Raven's Wing Yoga - Love Tribe Open Hearts.
Flow, sing, and honor your love of Beatles tunes with Heidi & Sal as you support a worthy cause. Sing in the shower? How about during your yoga practice? Making noise frees up your chakras; frees up your body and your voice! Any sound will do! In this benefit class, Sal will serenade us through a creative yoga practice led by Heidi that will encourage singing, even if you dont know the words. Practice will be followed by a rocking kirtan, post-class snacks, and community love!
