Summer has been busy but now it's time to relax in the Starfish pose. Join us 6pm on Wednesday 18th October where yoga teacher Minna Jussila will be teaching a dynamic vinyasa flow class for Starfish followed by some tasty, healthy snacks and a relaxing glass of wine.
Minna has trained in Baptiste style power yoga and Smartflow yoga and her classes focus on building strength whilst creating space in the body to breathe deeper.
All ticket sales will give life, hope and opportunity to the children we care for. See you on the mat!
